What a sweet tribute to Andrew. I love the idea that he is up there giggling and running around catching all the balloons. Even though I never met Andrew, I feel connected to him and his family through the anthology and just how hard they worked to give him the chances that any kid his age should have. My son is the same age as Andrew and it breaks my heart to think of losing him. I just can't imagine what they are going through. But I do believe that Andrew is moving on to shine his light on a another place that needs it. Great to see the blogging community pulling together to support Nick and his family!
Hi Elise - exactly as the others have said .. what a superb acknowledgement of love to Andrew -
I feel so much for Nick, Heather and their two daughters ... these two artistic drawings are just beautiful and so much fun to see ... they'll be happy to have them ... in peace - Hilary
