Savory Sunday: Fried Breaded Brie

Made this for some firends of mine that came to visit this afternoon.
It's easy to make and so good. (:

1) Cut brie into cubes

2) Dip brie into flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil. Brown on all sides.
Serve immediately with a jam vinaigrette and side salad.
